• A quotation does not constitute a contract until it is accepted and confirmed by both parties.
• All scaffolding is erected, inspected and dismantled by our team. Scaffolds must not be altered, overloaded or removed by anyone other than JAB Scaffolding Services LTD.
• Hire periods, pricing and the scope of works will be confirmed in writing before work begins.

Your responsibilities

Where a scaffold affects a neighbouring property, the public highway or requires a licence or permit, you must inform us so the necessary arrangements can be made. You are responsible for ensuring safe access to the site for our team and equipment.

Liability

We carry appropriate insurance and take health and safety seriously. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss.
